Meeting Highlights, April 17, 2017:

Treasurer’s Report – Marcia Pensa reported the bank balance at the end of March was $5825.58. Ethel Mitrovic will work with Marcia and assume the Treasurer’s responsibilities.

Equipment for Presentations - Gerry Cutting purchased and set up the new projector for the guest speaker tonight. The cost was $570.46. Elizabeth with add this item to the Guild asset list.

The microphone used last meeting is not working and needs to be replaced. Gerry researched the cost and reported there is one for approx. $300 that would be suitable for meetings. Motion to purchase was approved.

Diane Dobson and S’ine reported that the annual art show is scheduled for November 10, 11, 12 at the CASO Station. The deposit has been paid and the contract will be reviewed and signed in May.

We have several more volunteers for the 2017 executive (The names for this year’s executive can be seen in the link to the right).

Carolyne McLeod and Diane Dobson volunteered to donate the two works of art needed for the CASO station fundraiser this year. Thank you!

Announcements/Community Events:

* Lambeth Art Show – April 27, 28 and 29. Held at the same church as previous years.
* Art Appreciation at Christ Church in 31st year May 10, 11, 12 and 13. Free Admission. You can show art and leave business cards (no selling of art). Mary Tuff is a contact person.
* Off the Wall – Quai du Vin on July 16 from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Kim Yuhasz contact.
