Catherine McCoy

Catherine McCoy has spent most of her life in London, ON, Canada. She has had an artistic nature from a very young age and accomplished grade 10 piano from the University of Western Ontario at the age of 15. The 'artist' took a back seat for many years as she raised a family of 5 children and focused on career. Since retirement her passion has been rekindled and her new love for watercolour. Catherine's inspiration comes from life around her; pets, family, the City of London and the beautiful Thames River that runs through it. She has been studying art from local teachers, online courses and books; and has participated in several local art shows. Due to her enthusiasm for learning, Catherine's artistic ability has developed quickly and recognized within the art community.
