Announcements from STEAG July 18, 2016 Meeting

STEAG Annual Art Show – Joyce Rintoul reported members can vote on the selection for the poster art at the August meeting. There will be one 2D piece taking 2/3 of the poster size and one 3D piece filling the other 1/3 on the advertising for this year. As per arrangement, two large paintings have been given to CASO by Robin Baratta and S’ine Maule. Nicole Arseneault was not able to follow through with membership or participating in this event. Members should have received sign-up sheets and labels (add numbers yourself to correspond to art) to complete and hand in with cash for entries at the Oct/Nov. meetings. This year, the Rotary Club is also hosting an event the same day as our Annual Art Show in the room to the right of the entrance. This should not cause any conflict and may increase traffic to our event.
